This could be it. The Bruins are still missing Krug, Carlo and McQuaid as they face an uphill climb, needing to win 3 straight to survive. Of course the Senators are proof positive that can be done, having won 3 straight themselves. The big difference is their relative health and depth on D.

Anderson stole game 4. Maybe Rask will steal 5. It ain't over till the fat lady sings, but it will begin after whichever free local singer finishes O Canada.

Go Sens Go!!!

This made me laugh heartily. Well done.

The Sens should be able to feed off the crowd and come out fired up...the trick will be maintaining that momentum throughout the game, which is something Boston was unable to do in game 4 after their good first period. Me and my older daughter will be in attendance. I've told her there's no whining to go home no matter how many overtimes it goes to.

No school tomorrow. Right call.

I'm a little concerned that they will try to do too much early on. They expect the Bruins to come out with guns blazing, but Boston is the road team. That, and given their injuries on the back end I actually expect them to hang back and wait for their chances. If Rask is on his game and stops the onslaught that would give them confidence.

Sens need to play physical against the thin blue line and go to and through the crease at every opportunity.

Has Burrows forgotten why we got him? Where is the player you hate trio play against? He must be injured.

I'm not concerned with Burrows at all. The important thing is he hasn't really taken any dumb penalties and hasn't cost us at all. He's been doing a good job defensively and if he chips in offensively at some point, that's a nice bonus.

Looks like Kelly in for Pyatt.

Spooner is out.  Not 100%. Kuraly will take his place.

Did you guys watch the Oilers game last night? That's how a crowd gets their team going. I couldn't believe how many home jerseys were there. All you could see was orange.

Don't mind it at all. Don't really care whos playing on the 4th line. Kelly will be useful for PK, and he is now rested, and has lots of experience.

I'm sure he'll be fine. They downgrade a lot from an energy guy like Pyatt to a older defensive guy, but they have lots of scoring depth. I'm just hoping Rask doesn't stand on his head again. He was tremendous last game. If they get anything less than an A+ game from him, the Sens should be able to put some pucks by him.

Come on! The PP needs to get better, the passing is too slow. Drive the net.

At least the execution of the game looks a lot more crisp and fluid in this game. You can feel they're playing with more confidence with three games won.

Almost half way through third Sens without a shot on goal.
