I'm gonna watch The Big Short with Mel.  No thanks.  I vowed to stop watching last month and only watched because of the Phaneuf trade/Karlsson and the kids we brought up, but I don't need to see anymore.

I'll say it again.  This team needn't win one more game this year so we can get a great player in the draft.

I watched The Hateful Eight the other day. That was pretty fun, except it's a little long at 2hrs 40mins.

We had to sign him, I thought it great ...at the time.

I don't think you protect him in the expansion draft, and he's definitely not untouchable, but I wouldn't actively look to move him.

I don't think you make it public, but you wait until someone brings him up. He's a very expensive 2nd liner right now.

I would protect ryan and not shop him. I doubt what we are seeing is Ryan being done. He's still young and we haven't paired him with a good centre for any long stretch in seasons. I hope we can get a good coach next year that settles him with turris. Stone is capable of creating his own offence so he might as well play with Zib.done and done.

Sounds like everyone agrees that Hoffman is as good as gone and that he has value around the league. Might be interesting to see what he's traded for. Better be for the now and not just futures.

So their first shot on goal went in again, didn't it? Ryan with the giveaway, I know. Still. Wonder if that's kept as a stat anywhere.

I didn't watch most of the game, just the latter half of the 3rd. Was he really good or something? His goal was a fluke.
