3 on 3 is Cussing boring

Karlsson called it "boring" this morning too. I find it strange to watch.

A win.  I'll take it.  Ryan on the top line gets a goal and an assist.  Was Cameron paying attention?

Ryan only got a goal, no assist.  That puck he threw back in front of the net that was eventually put in by Turris was touched by Stone and Karlsson...no assist for Bobby.

Everyone was excited to see Puempel and Prince get big roles...that didn't go so well I guess.

They initially said Ryan had a goal and an assist. Sorry, I didn't (for once) check the box scores but just watched the telecast.

Meh, it's irrelevant really. And it looks like Cameron is going back to the lines he started the game with (Bobby not on the 1st line).

Each one the Sens have played in so far has gone to a shootout. All but the last one featured a Sens penalty kill. And, yes, Erik is right about the Sens' OT games, they have been rather boring. However many others have been anything but.

That said, I have never been a fan of anything but a continuation of 5v5 in OT, like they do in the playoffs. I would not be against changing the ice size a bit (as well as the nets) to compensate of the much larger players and equipment. I don't like the fact that there is so little room out there, but I still prefer the full complement of a center, two wingers and two defensemen.

making the ice bigger would make it even more boring. Big ice hockey is atrocious.

I'm not talking about IIHF sized rinks where they look like Bantam players. I believe it's the Finnish league that has the rinks that are a little bigger than NHL but not as big as IIHF.

Just boring? Seems there more here than meets the eye.

Erik Karlsson voices his displeasure with 3-on-3. "It just makes me tired. I don't see the point in it," he says. #Sens

Seems it takes effort and "Karls" Karlsson isn't into effort (see Kaptain Karlsson Kancels Practice) Wasn't he supposed to be one of our great weapons with all that open ice? Laugh1 Laughing3
