Since we're well into double digits now, I voted for Buddy. You can't teach size. And he's pretty nifty for a big, BIG boy. Might take him a couple more years to get a chance at something more than a pre-season game, but a 6'5" guy who's known for his speed, I allow myself to get a little excited at the possibilities. He hasn't really shown much in terms of offense, but he hasn't exactly been put in a position to be a big offensive contributor. From what (admittedly little) I've seen of him I think he has some upside if used in the right way. And I like his attitude, too.

Growing up I liked Joe Thornton, but now at this point in my career I think I need to be a little more physical, so I have to think about that.

I think I can play a 200 foot game pretty good. I came up as a younger kid, obviously everyone wants to score goals, as you get older you realize how much more important the defensive zone is. So you've got to play fast in the defensive zone and get the puck back and that's when you have the fun and go down and score some goals.

I voted for Englund. I think he might be one of the only guys on that list that's gonna pull regular shifts in the NHL.

Ill go for cole Schneider. I think he's a call up this year. Has the tools to make a slight impact as a third/fourth liner IMO.

Bet he plays 2 or more NHL games this year. Kid has talent and decent size.

I'd like to think Buddy Robinson will get some 4th line minutes this season. Seems like a logical Greening replacement. I'm also surprised Grant isn't in the top ten condsidering the amount of NHL time he had last season. Perhaps the logical Condra replacement?

How much do you want to bet he won't see 3 games? Might get rewarded with 1 or 2 if the injury bug hits the sens hard AND the bingo sens too.

Yeah, I think he gets a game or two as well.

I dunno. I can't bet on that kind of thing, but I can see Schneider coming in and replacing someone in the bottom six if they get injured or traded. He's proven he can do it at the pro level, it's up to him continuing to work with Richardson and getting a shot at some point.

If anyone can, it's you, SD. Nod

I still think if Robinson wants NHL playing time, he's going to have to be more willing to drop the gloves.

I disagree. He's big but he's also fast and has decent hands. He's not the stocky type at all. And the league is moving away from fighting -- it *will* be gone soon, given all the concussion lawsuits.
