I hope that's a recipe for turkey and not some euphemism. Wife got a bird, you have a recipe? Does the bacon go on the outside or the inside?

Recipes? Recipes are for the organized. No recipe.

It's pretty easy really...when there's about one and a half to two hours left on your turkey in the over, take it out, and lay bacon strips over top of it. The bacon will help baste your turkey, it'll make the gravy juice extra super yummy, and you can peel it off (it's ok if it fuses with the tukey skin) and put it on the platter with the carved turkey meat at the end. It's the rare trifecta of win-win-win.

Mmmm, bacon.
