Agreed. Time to bring in the Kassassin and take this up a notch.

Thought 2 games is over the line. one game would have still been much but i can fathom that. The guy had no previous history, and it is widely acknowledged it was a clean hit, and on top of that he already got game misconduct and habs got a 5 min major PP. now pile on more games on that? Shanahan is a joke but we knew that already. Again, if rick nash made a similar play, would there be a suspension? plot thickens.....

Hopefully weircioch can help our lacklustre powerplay.

Just added motivation for the Sens. "It's us against the world now". The suspension might be the worst thing to happen to the Habs because they couldn't and didn't take care of it themselves.

And everybody was swooning like little girls when he was hired. But I agree with NEELY. Time for the Kassassin to step in a right this flagrant wrong.

Disagree. After all the analysts and former players/coaches came out and said it was a clean hit, he would have sent a message with a 1 game suspension. This is the playoffs. Pronger got *one* game for knocking McAmmond out with an elbow. Ference just got one game for another blatant elbow.

Kassian is about the last player you play in this series. No need for him at this point. Play the game the same way they played it last night.

Adding Kassian would send the wrong message and cause this series to spin out of control. Put Wiercioch in, beat them on the scoreboard.

Except for the hitting if you play for the visiting team.

Anyways, 2 games is probably how long it will take to get the blood off Gryba's jersey anyways from the pool Eller was swimming in so w/e. Ottawa lost their 5, 6 D man, c'east la vie. They won't miss a beat.

I hope you're right. Gryba wasn't playing all that great, really appeared rattled by the Habs' speed. But on the PK he was our only RHS. Send better play so as not to give the zebras any reason for whistling them down.

Yah, not convinced he wouldn't be burned against the Habs. Kassian was brought in for a lot of reasons and I like the move... not against the Habs though, other guys can fill that role if need be.

Literally the only explanation possible. I can't wait to see the video explaining this ruling. Laugh1
