So they have chosen to keep the same lineup...interesting.

I want to know just how awful whatever O'Brien did to PMac was. Before his benching began he was leading the Sens in goals, yet he continues to put Regin out there. Or maybe he just wants Regin to finally break so he can forget about having to try and get him into the lineup. I just don't get it. He's got 5 goals -- that's more than Neil, Condra. Regin has *zero* goals and just 3 assists and yet he's played in more games. And, statistically, O'Brien is slightly better on faceoffs than Regin, too.

I don't get it either...maybe slide Regin to the wing and scratch Kassian for tonight's game. We need to score some goals, and I'm not convinced we need Kassian in the lineup for tonight's matchup.

Not to pile on Regin but young Kassian does have one more goal(s) than the Danish Wayne Gretzky.

Move Kassian to the wing with Smith and Neil, and try Greening with Regin and Condra?

I dunno...I think the performance in the last few games has warranted a lineup shuffle.

O'Brien should have been back for this game. 5 goals, more versatile.....

I'd agree. Maybe Mac is taking a "you guys need to get yourselves out of this funk" approach.

Yeah, it won't be the 4th line that pulls us out of this skid. It'll have to be the stars and veterans on this team.

That said, while replacing Regin with O'Brien on the 4th line won't solve our problems, I'm just not getting why Regin is in the lineup. Maybe PMac has some money in the Regin Goal Pool, and he's not taking him out until the date he picked has passed.

Or maybe it's all because Mac is a Scot and O'Brien is Irish.
