I'm putting this here because it's Darren Dregger.

He claims Shanny is about to sign a contract with the Rangers - and that Peter Prucha will be traded or waived to accommodate him.

Finally, Shanny's situation appears to be put to bed.

Ah good! Shanny was picked in our pool as a late rounder, was afraid he was going to miss a lot of time...
