That was a sweet goal.

You know what I like about this team? It seems like the Sens are still very much in the game, whereas a few months ago, they'd have given up on the game when it was 3-2.

EDIT: Lee just angled Cole off the puck, then drilled him into the boards. Great defensive play.

4-3 on a goal from Karlsson. Spezza with a nice assist.

That was a fun, exciting game. Tank Nation is happy. They just mentioned all the non-calls at the end of the game. That was pretty bad.

OK, I'm back so, someone, fill me in on what's been happening the last week. I had no internet, no updates whatsoever until I was waiting for the luggage at McDonald Cartier.

Anderson injured? But he's signed?

Cooke gone for the season?

Heatley suspended?

Wiercioch played? How was he?

Gonchar injured too?

We're still good for top-three?

Anderson has a minor tweak and they're keeping him out until he's 100%. This does 2 things. 1 - Gives them a look at Curtis M. 2 - Doesn't risk further injury in basically meaningless games.

Cooke is done for the season and first round of playoffs after his 4th hit to the head suspension. He elbowed somebody in the head on this one and says he gets it now.

Heatley got 2 games for a hit to the head. I believe it too was an elbow?

Weircioch - Can't comment because I didn't see much of the game.

Gonchar - Most likely done for the season with a concussion. They're not going to rush him back either so I'd expect he's done.

Top 3 finish is almost assured at this point. Not enough games left to jump anyone else but it's still possible I suppose.

One final point - Milan Michalek is ahead of schedule in his rehab and went on the road trip with the Sens. He could play soon.
