I'm not a huge fan. I've eaten there quite a few times (and worked there for a short stint). Baton Rouge is basically fast food, it's just much more expensive. Pretty much everything except the steaks is precooked.
You can order a drink and a rack of ribs and the ribs'll beat your drink to the table by 10 minutes.

Well the ribs have to be cooked for a long period of time, then they are grilled I believe.

Yup. They're kept in a steam drawer and grilled for about 30 seconds. I've literally seen the ribs beat the drink to the table.
