So, did you find something to satisfy your craving yesterday?

Unfortunately I had to go out and get a new can opener, which works fabulously btw, so no fries for me. I did have some home made spaghetti though.

Edit: I had enough time to drive to the Wal-Mart, pick up the can opener and then go to my first meeting with the boss man (woman) at 1PM.

It's a sad state of affairs when you get excited about getting a new can-opener. Sarcasm

Indeed. At least it's cheaper than getting a new TV and on the plus side I don't need to read the "I need a new TV, HELP!" thread :D

Can your can-opener play the new Harry Potter movie on blu ray? Can it stream youtube videos?

By the way, I still have not watched it(well, not since I took the boys to see it in the theater). My trampoline is still out there. I haven't seeded the lawn like I've been dying to try for the last 3 years (put the seed down before the snow and see what develops in April/May). And my hose is still out there.

When's the next 6/49 draw, anyway?

No but my 52' Plasma and blue ray player can do that stuff. I'll leave my can opener for opening cans as I don't have a Zans for Cans Facepalm Man I was home with the kids a long time. That was a line from Red Fish Blue Fish by Dr. Seus for those who aren't familiar.

Zans for Cans! Laughing3

A Zans for Cans is very good.
Do you have a Zans for Cans? You should!

I love Theodor Geisel. "This man is a genius".

Ahhhh...welcome back to the "real" world, Cap'n!

I keep referring to my work computer as my "Super Duper Computer", which is a line from "Super Why" (kids TV show), that no one in my office gets.

Also, how Cussed up is all this white stuff.

I left at 5:15 from Carp to get to Westboro for 5:50. I'm so glad I got my snow removal thing sorted out last week.

Edit: I've also had no ketchup products all morning. stay tuned. Vertigo

I left Stittsville at 6:20 and still got to Gatineau around 7:05ish. The 417 was a little slow, but still steady...not too bad.

Who did you go with for snow removal? Capital? Kodiak? Adam Kittle? I'm with Adam Kittle...they normally do a good job, although there was still snow on my driveway this morning...I'm guessing theye'll wait till the plows come by before they blow out my driveway. God bless snow-removal service. Best $400 I've ever spent.

Those guys don't service my area. I'm with Moss. I was with Kevin Hanna last season. It costs me $500 including sand/grit for ice and including tax but I have a long drive way and large parking area that fits 6 cars.

$500 is a pretty good deal for a big drive way/parking area/sand for ice. Seriously though, how sweet is it to come home to a clean driveway and not have to be a schlep out there with a shovel or snowblower.

I still have to shovel the front walkway but yeah it's quite nice. If I didn't have snow removal I'd seriously have to get a truck with a shovel on the front or something.

No excuses, play like a champion.

But if you do find yourself in the area you should. Or just wait until they open their Orleans location if that is more convenient?
