Leeder said new scoreboard will be in the next 2 years.

It is with great sadness that the Sens may have to wait until after the All-Star game to provide it's fans with a new scoreboard. Dig deep people and let see if we can help our Billionaire buddy not make a complete embarrassment out of Ottawa in the event that the current POS scoreboard be shown to the elites of the NHL world.

Donations will be much appreciated and will go a long way to helping our cash strapped friend Eugene Melnyk.

Wow, what a joke. Our current one has to be one of the most dated in the league, my TV in my living room is probably bigger. We're hosting the All-Star game, don't we want to impress?

It will probably require a whole new sound system and upgrades to software and so on. So I could see it taking a while.

Not sure if someone mentioned this already but I was on the season ticket holder call today and the question was asked about the new scoreboard. They said that the RFP is out now but that they want to take their time in making their selection. They said we should have one in 2-3 years.
