After all the complaining that Fisher should be moved to the wing because his game is more suited to playing there, would you really want to move a player whose game is similar (north-south, crash and bang, etc) from wing to center?
The argument with Fisher is that he didn't have the vision to be a playmaker to the wingers, where apparently Landeskog does. Plus, it's very early to tell, but Landeskog seems to have slightly better offensive instincts around the net. If what people are saying is accurate, he'll be driving the net while Silfverberg and Alfie feed him the puck (for example).
Obviously I could be wrong, but that's the sort of reports I keep reading/hearing.
He (Lando) is still a very talented guy, he's Mike fisher coming down the wing but he actually ends up in front of the goalie
He's just not as talented as Strome and RNH but he's still a top 10 talent in the draft, easily.
