Not saying he can't but Karlsson was our only offensive option for a while and Rundblad won't be.

He'd have to get some serious PP times to get that. As it stands right now, Karlsson and Gonchar are higher on the depth chart.
I think he might be a guy they put in PP1 from time to time if it's stagnant with Gonchar and Karlsson + he should be a lock on PP2 with Kuba, that alone should net him some points. I could be shooting too high, perhaps mid 20-30.

Have you been watch The Sens this year? He has to out play Gonchar and Karlsson for top PP mins and he wont be seeing quality mins for a while. He's not going to be put in a position where he can put up those kind of numbers in his rookie season.
People are really setting themselves up for a disappointment.

To be honest no I haven't watched the Sens much, I would try but school, and other things were more important. I guess its a good thing that there are two PP lines then, right?

Perhaps the best PP D man of all time in Gonchar is putting up basically 1/2 of this normal career numbers and Rundblad is going to come in as a rookie playing less mins and the 2nd PP unit and out produce him? Happen not gonna.

Gonchar's been bleeding awful this year man, just repugnant, call it what you want, I think Rundblad can hit 25-30 next year filling in for Karlsson or Gonchar on PP1 and manning PP 2.

He didn't go from all-star/olympian/Stanley Cup Champ/all time great to Dung in 6 months. It's the team, not him. Rundblad isn't at Gonchar's current level so don't expect as much or more thna Gonchar was able to provide.

I don't know how we got sidetracked to Gonchar, but I think if Rundblad gets some PP time - either as a fill in on PP1 when there are injuries, or anchoring PP2, he could put up close to 30 points.
