Haha.

I'm recording the game. They are re-airing it some time tonight.

You will like what you see if you are recording it to watch Lehner at a later date.

Pierre has been talking about Cowen a lot in the games so far. Could it be because he will be the next GM? Sarcasm

Maybe he's just throwing Sens fans a bone so he doesn't have to hear all the whining from Team1200 callers when he does his appearances? Laugh1

It sounds like he's been a dominant player in the tournament so far as well which is exactly what we all hoped for when he got sent back to Juniors.

At this point I'll be very surprised if he's not on the NHL roster next season. He's dominating in Spokane, he's stepped up so far at the WJCs and he's a massive dude at 6'5" and 235lbs.

He scored a PPG, a one-timer through the 5-hole. He was put out there because de Haan got hurt.

He's had some giveaways and has let some people get by him/not used his body on them (only some times), but all in all he has been pretty damn solid.

Yeah, I agree with this assessment. I've watched all the games except for the 1st and 3rd of yesterday's and I like his game a lot. Still a lot to work on, but he's coming along BIG time - and I think every player there has a ton of work to do. Perhaps with the exception of Ryan Ellis, he's loaded for bear.

Yeah, I think he'll make the NHL as well. I'm hoping he takes Spokane (or if he gets traded) to the promised land once more, but if they get eliminated early, he can get down to Bingo for some more seasoning. Then a major summer (again) of working out and looking at tape etc. and he should be ready for next year. Definitely no guarantees though - especially depending on who the GM is.

Pierre loves him, don't worry.
