I'm ambivalent about this. Can't stand the guy, and certainly will help the Sens' standings in the East. On the other hand, I'm >this< close to packing up for the tank bus and this certainly won't help get us into the top-5.

He was playing on the third pairing, which is why I brought up Pothier. Now he will be playing top-four minutes, we'll see how it goes.

Since it's +/- talk, 5 on 5 the pairings are usually like this:

Coburn - Timmonen
PRonger - Carle
Meszaros - ODonnell

Sean ODonnell is +16, so it's safe to say Mesz-Odonnell is what is working, and it has nothing to do with Pronger.

Here's what I think, the Flyers have 3 scoring lines, so there's always a line out of those three who scores more goals than the opposition, hence a high +/- for the 3rd pairing D.

Meszaros has played with Pronger for a total of 2.47% in any and all situations this season.

I have watched many Flyers games and Meszaros has been playing great and also benefits from the best - IMO third line in the NHL.
