John Anderson is out as head coach of the Atlanta Thrashers. The team
has promoted Don Waddell to president and Rick Dudley to general
manager.

Expected.

Thrashers fire John Anderson 85287 Should have been done at the halfway point. And no, I don't care that they almost snuck into a playoff spot, it wasn't a good system at all. With a decent coach and the 5th pick or whatever they have, the future is bright.

waddell is key here. unless the choice was obvious in the draft he's neverbeen very good at that. lets hope they get on a better roll now.

yes. maybe i wasn't clear.waddell can't draft for dung(unless thechoices are obvious)
