I can't see him playing with Vancouver, but I can see him going to Manitoba at least.

Why can't you see him playing with Vancouver? They will need him and Schroeder for the future.

There's a huge rift between him (Cody) and Canucks trainer Dave Gagner. Hodgson basically said or implied that he feels Gagner is responsible for his back injury and refuses to train with the Canucks. During this whole thing, Mike Gillis was asked about Cody and he said he didn't care about what Cody thought and did not want to talk about someone who is not part of his team.

I am soo glad Kitchener won. First I love the underdogs winning, and second my hometown team beat my bf's home town team! AWESOME! And they kicked some serious butt in the last game! Too bad they play windsor next.

Cody Hodgson, Vancouver's 2008 first-round draft pick, was in the building watching Game 2, and the team even brought him down to ice level during the warmup. He will not play again this season after his OHL team, the Brampton Battalion, were eliminated from the playoffs in the second round. He was not assigned to the Canucks' AHL team, the Manitoba Moose, because of nagging back and foot injuries.

Hodgson got a late start to his season. He was cut from the Canucks after a disappointing training camp and only played 13 regular-season games with the Battalion after seeking a second opinion on a back injury the Canucks medical staff had cleared him to play with.

It has been reported that a rift exists between Hodgson's camp and Canucks management, but general manager Mike Gillis disputes that, saying the relationship is not strained.

GO KITCHENER.... I am loving that they are winning.... How did that happen?? I didn't realize Kitchener was good. I guess their goalie has done well, saved almost 50 shots each game (slightly less in game two, more in game one).

Woah, Kitchener leads the Series 3-0 now after tonight. Thats INSANE!

Like they need a reason anyway, but imagine the attendance at an all NB matchup?

Skinner is quickly becoming my facorite prospect in this draft.

He was ranked in the late teens I think, maybe even early 20s at the beginning of the year, and he could very well go top 10 by the end of it.

C'mon Murray, make it happen, get Skinner!

If Murray could somehow find a way to nab him, I will be doing back flips like when we got Lehner.

Did you know of Lehner before the draft. I hadn't heard of him until after we got him.
