The US, after 2 games, have a +7 in goal differential, while Canada has +8 after 1 game. As long as we don't lose we'll still be ahead. I have a feeling we'll win by 3+.

Nicoll placed 3rd in her semis and advances to the finals (half-pipe). The finals will be on in less than an hour. She'll be going 4th.

Amazing game between Russia and Slovakia. Intensity was nhl playoffs-like. Halak has yet to disappoint this season. Chara was the monster he should be and Hossa was the best player on the ice.

It's weird, as much as I love hockey, the Men's hockey tournament is the least enjoyable event for me at the Olympics(but certainly the one I am most judgmental about The Official GMHockey 2010 Winter Olympics Thread - All Talk Here! - Page 18 270956 ).

Slovakia, if they can stay healthy, have enough firepower and goaltending to hang with anyone. They could definitely be the medals.
