He was absolutely scorching the hill through the first half, he must have hit close to 140 km/h at some points and then he lost his balance through one of the corners...took all the wind out of his sails.

this hill is getting icy, wouldnt be surprised if the podium remained like this for a while. Im a snowboarder so i know that when its ice its hard to control but it gives you tons of speed. but im not sure if its the same for skiers

The downhill allows skiers to build more speed, so it could work in someone's favor.

Can't believe how close these snowboard cross QFs are...insane. Two races down to photofinish for results. Another two with Canadians falling while making a push to qualify for the SF.

2 americans in the Finals, so there guantueed a medal. 2 canadians in the last semis.

Would love to see both americans and canadians in the final
