Tie breaker is win/loss streak followed by record on the road or at home depending on where there last game was played.

I think it paints a pretty clear picture of the state of the team over the past 10 games.

These rankings of course can be quite deceiving because before last game Ottawa was 5-5-0 but clearly better than the record shows considering they were on a 5 game win streak.

It is still interesting to me and gives a bit of an idea of how our opponents are doing outside of the standings and their road or home record.
