Clouston: Elliott starts in goal. Michalek comes in and Donovan is out of the line-up. Picard does not play.

I like his passion and confidence. I don't see what's wrong with what he said. He's saying it to boost attendance. He's already slashed prices, now he's showing confidence in the team.

To be honest, I couldn't be happier with Melnyck as owner. Reminds me of Leonsis in Washington. When Leonsis first bought the team he would be out in (what was then the MCI Centre) shaking hands with the fans, and rallying them up. They are now a very boisterous fanbase. Albeit they are right downtown and walking distance from the Canadian Embassy. I'm sure that doesn't hurt.

I lost a lot of respect for Leonsis the day I heard him say on XM radio that he hopes Canada falls flat on their face in Vancouver for not selecting Green. He also is on record as saying he's cheering for the US, then Russia and would like to see Canada "finish out of the medals"

Apparently, owning the world's worst ISP can't buy you any class, nor does it do anything to cure bitterness.

Leonsis just alienated the other Canadian players on his team, who are most likely cheering for Canada.

Amazing, I come back from a 10 day cruise and find the sens on a 4 game win streak. Good on brodeur, Elliott and the boys for coming together for the sake of leclaire in this difficult time.
