McGwire is saying that he didn't juice to get "big and powerful" he did it to come back quicker from injury and that he feels he could have broken the MLB home run record even if he wasn't juicing. It was apparently his god-given talent.

He's coming back to the MLB as the batting coach for the Cards and I guess he's getting this all out of the way now so as not to have it be a huge distraction when he's with the team.

To get into the Hall of Nerds you need 37% or higher of the vote (I think) - just to be acknowledged. Mark McJuicer got 17% - and a clear signal that the voters thought he was using. This is him trying to clear the air and get them to re-think their stance next year.

Would love to see the full list of MLB players that tested positive for banned substances leaked out... man, that would be crazy.
