We will be getting Heavy Rain for PS3 next month, that's the kind of games we both like. An interactive movie/crime thriller ... good stuff.

Heavy Rain eh? Sounds good. I've finished the Uncharted games and I'm quickly growing tired of the boobs and curb stomping Nazis and old ladies in The Saboteur. I need some new fun.

I had a great time with Hawx. I'm thinking about Assassins II but I abhor paying full price for games so I'll probably just wait a bit.

BTW I've downloaded FF8 again form the PSN store and I'm already on disc 3. Man, a 12 year old rpg is still better than any of the J-rpg this generation. Squaresoft should have never joined Enix.

I know it's an extra $100, but try the Wii Fit Plus with the balance board. My 13 year old couch potato kid is finally getting some exercise. It's also very popular with the 7-year-old twin girls and my 12 year old. My wife -- it was *her* Christmas present -- is a little miffed she can barely get time on it. You can just play the games (some are very addictive and will have you gasping for air (and aching the next morning) or you can set up a customized exercise routine.

Yeah, I had to - him for dissing Lost, too. Smile

By the way, what was the link all about? If it's box-set prices then I'm still waiting. Just today I saw Weeds seasons 1-3 for $19.95 at Best Buy (in the flyer). S4 and S5 were $29.95. S5 had the same price for DVD and BD. Now that's the kind of pricing I'm waiting for.

Same flyer, Lost was $19.95 for DVD (S1-5 I think) but BD was $45 each. That's more than double the price! Idiots!

Well Lost BR at Bestbuy.ca are all 39$ I think, which is more than fair price IMO. it' 20+ hours of video, so compared to a single movie at 10-15$, I think it's worth it.

They are $45, not $39. Heck, even dvdpricesearch.com is showing me ~ $35 in the US.

I gave you one back for admitting you were "wrong". Hey, the word was in your post. It counts.

Thank-you, much obliged. I thought I was going to have to start bribing people by offering free single malt scotch Smile
