Its pretty obvious though. French refs make awful calls in Sens games. Its just something that will never change.

means nothing... I didn't like what I saw from a few guys (most disconcerting was Alfie) but it was pretty obvious that a lot of them played without passion for most of the game.

Diddle it, in my mind we tied that game up - and it was diddling CLUTCH of Karlsson to get that heavy shot on there for a rebound and Spezza's goal.

Yeah I think it's fair to say that in the eyes of all Sens fans, Ottawa came out with at least a tie in that one.

I think that is what a team looks like after only a couple of practices together. I saw, for most of the game, the team sticking to the system they are learning. That gives me a lot of hope. If they would have won tonight, but abandoned the system, I would have been worried.

If Clouston gives him PP time, like, serious PP time on unit 1, then yes, he could get 40 points and 10 goals. I might be finally ready to acknowledge that the little dude might be NHL ready.

Still...a few more pre-season games to go. Don't take your foot off the pedal Karlsson.

With Kuba (who called that?) he looked like a top 4 NHLer. Those two had instant chemistry, both have cannon's, and Kuba has been in the league long enough to really help him out.

Yeah, he looked pretty good tonight. Wasn't exactly facing all-world forwards though.

Not sure there's another pairing - unless you put him with Picard on the 3rd pairing, but if you go for it and put him in the NHL now, I suggest you put him with Kuba, yes.

So, Campoli and Picard? Lee to Bingo? Guess that'll be that. There's really no other way unless you sit Picard - and I wouldn't do that after seeing how aggressive he was the other night.

Facing the world or not, I dont think there are 4 D men in Ottawa that are better then him, period. The obvious 3, then there's Karlsson.
