I am getting the same.. I have this feeling that the "blackout has been waived for the East region..." means that because it is not blacked out, then CI cannot cover it?!?!

I'm not too worried about it. The PK is always the thing that takes longest to get sorted out... Winchester, Foligno, and Phillips all did something wrong on that play. Kudelka, on the other hand, played it very well. Good showing so far for him.
