This should be snaked... if you pick last in 1st round you pick 1st in 2nd, last in 3rd, 1st in 4th..etc

A pool draft is a ladder draft, there is no other way to do it unless you're picking from groups of players and everyone has the same shot.

It's either a ladder draft or not. If its random, count me out because it makes little to no sense at all Tuk, sorry.

That still doesnt make sense, everyone has to have a fair shot. If it's random its not even close to being fair. You can do it how you like, but a ladder draft is the only fair way.

Is the real term not 'latter' draft? As is 'climb up and down the latter'? Or is a climbing latter spelled also ladder?
