Pengrowth Saddledome is not an easy environment to play in come play-off time for opposing teams.

The biggest test for this 'Hawks team thus far IMO.

Oh yeah. This is gonna be tough.

They can hope to split with Calgary though, but this might end up being a home team wins every game series.

No question about that.

The Blackhawks have an excellent road record this year, including their two victories in the two games at The Saddledome...so they will be aiming to win.

I can't begin to imagine how electric that building will be tonight...the Calgary fans are known to the among the best in the NHL.

Let's play hockey!

Biggest game of the year by far for both teams. Either Calgary's coming back - or they await the gallows.

What a crowd!

Let's see if fan support can get the Flames a better result than the Habs got tonight.

No booing of the American anthem here. As it should be.

It would appear there are a few people in the Saddledome who echo that sentiment.

Whoa. Three close calls for Calgary. Toews picks Dion's pocket and sets up Campbell.

Now a penalty for the Flames. Not the greatest start.

:KJK: Not sure what Jokinen was thinking there.

Chicago's first first-period goal of the series. Sharp from #19.

Toews is just putting on a clinic.

Wasn't Jokinen supposed to ELEVATE his game... not hurt the team.

BAH!

Maybe this is a good start... Calgary trailing... they've not done well with the lead.

Oof. Almost another one there.

If you're Keenan, do you call a time-out?

Man Toews is good, haha. Another guy that has jumped, far, far ahead of Spezza on the Canadian depth list.

Joe Sakic plays for Chicago, that kid is just insane.
