So my 11-year old wants tickets for his birthday. He might want all the kids to go, so I'm looking at getting 5 tickets (1 adult). I've checked the Sens website for the best deals, and looks like the "Future Fans" deal is the best (unless you value BigMacs). They charge $29 for the adult ticket and $20 each for the kids, plus a $5.75 "fee". I don't evenknow if this includes taxes. The tickets are in the lower-300. Best location I saw was 317 (between the blue line and the goal line).
Then I also found OnlineSeats.com (link below). They've got tickets for sopme games going for $10. Not the best location, obviously, or the best opponent, but still.

Has anyone dealt with OnlineSeats.conm before? Are they reliable? Are there any additional charges? Some tickets are listed as "Can be e-mailed" -- how does that work?
Any other deals out there that you know of?
