Kaberle will consider trade

Burke apparently approached him reasonably and Kaberle said he would consider it. He apparently also gave Burke a list of teams he will go to - none in the West. The talk of the town is that the Bruins, Canadians and Flyers will all be in the mix, but seeing as how Kaberle is tied up for 4.25 for 2 more years after this season, the Sens would be real, real smart to inquire (apparently they already have).

You won't find a better D-man value for your $$.

Burke is going to want a return that we aren't likely to pay. He would definitely be a nice addition, though. I imagine Montreal will make a very strong push for him.

The Senators can enquire all they want. If they aren't on the list, tough.

I'm sure Burke will get about 6 or 7 1st rounders, every top prospect drafted in the last 2 years and maybe a Crosby, Ovechkin or Malkin as well for Kablerle.

Bingo's about 330 kilometers from here....like 3 3/4 hours when you factor in some of the small towns you have to go through and the speed limit on back highways etc.

I've been wanting to go for some time now. Looks like an easy drive down Interstate 81.

LOL, true. Hopefully that wouldn't happen. But I think we should do it for sure. I want to see some real hockey too and I'd love to take in a game or 2 since I've NEVER seen one. It'd be great to go down on a weekend where they have a back to back.

Which is pretty much always because I'm pretty sure they play most of their games On the weekends.
