Hasn't played since Nov. 5 after a hit from behind resulted in a muscle tear at the hip. He was just getting back to skating with the team when an MRI revealed additional damage, and he's getting surgery done on it sooner rather than later. Probably done for the year.

Now would be a good time to acquire STL's 2009 1st I would think.
