HA HA! I'll have to pay close attention next time he's being interviewed... that's hilarious. Now, of course, I'll notice it all the time.

There's no question.

Ian Mendes will ask something, and he starts his responses with, "Oh yeah, there's no question we....." Every time.

Hey - he didn't say it once during the interview with Gord tonight.

Why does everyone rag on Spezza's interviews? Like oh my God, he laughs when he gets interviewed...would you rather he ponder questions of a deeply philosophical nature? Or cry? Or sing Foo Fighters' The Pretender?

What does everyone want from this kid? Christ. Cut him some Diddle slack already.

I don't think it genuinely bothers anyone, it's just an observation.

I personally don't really care what they say in interview or how they say it. Most of their answers are rehearsed drivel anyway.

All I really care about it how they play and if they're working their buts off :D

It bugs me because I think it makes him look like a douche... especially when I see him making stoopid blind behind the back passes in our own zone that end up in the back of our net to lose the game.

Maybe I'm expecting too much...

In Spezza's defense he has cut down on those quite a bit and I have even seen him back check and dump pucks in. I don't think Spezza is the problem. It's a team playing as a team issue and playing strong TEAM Defense. Oh and also Picard needs to be taught a lesson. I don't care what it takes but he can't be allowed to make passes to the opposition in front of his own net and not be held accountable in any way. OK I'm done ranting about Picard...for now :D
