I think the hit was a little late but the way they spoke, it was like a half hour late. Of course, slow mo makes it look a lot worse than it was. As for the head, I'm not sure. He had his head down a bit then there is the size difference.
It was a late hit for sure. Greg Millen was saying it was only marginally late and that it full speed that would be evident. Then he showed it at full speed and he changed his mind right away. No big deal.
Anyway, this is the league doing whatever they can to derail the Sens playoff hopes.
