Rags fans don't tolerate Dung, and Nash has crammed a lot of Dung down their throats this post season. I do feel a little sorry for the Rags. They looked pretty good in the first round, and just look exhausted now.

It was LOUD too. It was no joke at all. At first all I could think of was that they were saying 'Lou' - as in Martin St.Louis, but that seemed like a reach. This morning pretty much everyone confirms it was Nash and Richards seemed to be quite upset that they were doing it.

I've defended Nash before - and he did try to assert himself last night - but you get paid 8 million dollars, you NEED to do something. St.Louis as well, just puttering around aimlessly while the team gets beaten soundly.

If the Rags ate half that contract, would you want Nash here? Or even if they ate 30% of the contact?

I don't see what they're gonna do with him to be honest. A line of Zibanejad, Nash and Ryan sounds sexy, but this version of Nash blows.

Imagine if the Rangers used an amnesty buyout on him? Yikes.

Nash can go Diddle himself. We dodged a bullet when he refused to waive his NTC to come here, and he can piss right off. We don't want guys like that here.

They're hard-asses.

Will be looking for a C in the off-season, my sources say.

GOod buy low option. He has been snakebitten but is still playing well.

I seem to remember NEELY and I were about the only voices of reason, back then. But too lazy to bring up the old posts. Walrus

Is there a Red-Blue-Scarf-Union out there who could organize a "Save Nash" rally?

I think Nash will come around. We may have dodged a bullet but he also made a bad choice because he and Spezza could have been dynamite.

I expect Thornton or Spezza to end up with the Rangers and things to settle down. Vigneault always seems to me to be a great guy and a proven coach as well and with a tweak or two, they will be fine.

St. Louis may have thought the old magic with Richards was going to come back and now he has a little egg on his face. But, again, that should change when they acquire a skilled C.

Yeah, I would say the same.

Doubt any of us were willing to trade Zibanejad + Lehner + a 1st - which was the rumour.

Yeah 6 games in 9 days will do that. Really puts them at a disadvantage playing the Pens when they are obviously out of gas.

Why the NHL would do that to any team in the playoffs... Other teams can get 3 or 4 days off between games.. but not the Rangers.

I get building availability.. but something could have been figured out. It's beyond ridiculous... I'm sure the NHL would not have done that to Pitts..

Might as well assign that to a hot-key. You're likely to be using it for a little while yet.
