So, Lehner back to Bingo and it becomes the Bishop/Auld show until Anderson back, when it becomes the Biship/Anderson show so he can get his 15 games in?

EDIT: Now see he is signed to a 1-year extension. Beauty.

Free agent staus now irrelevant as Bishop is now under contract through to the end of next year.

Yeah, kinda figured a 3rd wasn't going to cut it. This is on the low end in terms of the price I thought we might have to pay.

I wouldn't be surprised to see Auld waived & sent down, to be honest...

I thought the Sens would have to pay more for sure but wow, amazing deal by Murray. The deal makes so much sense on so many levels. A 2nd is minimal in terms of the price they paid for what could potentially be a #1 goaltender.

Very interesting deal. Bishop is well-regarded. Don't know what to say, did not see this coming at all.

Not so sure about that... having insurence is a nice thing and a guy like Auld won't cause a stir. He may very well get waived but there is something to be said for a 3rd goaltender being around come playoff time.

Bishop is probably one of the best goalies not in the NHL.

We've been desperately in need of some goaltending depth for what seems like forever, so, yeah, I have to agree, I don't see how this is anything other than a win for us.

Wow, with Lehner AND Bishop waiting in the wings, out goaltending situation suddenly looks VERY bright. Hope Bishop gets a game in in the next few days.
