Anytime a stick comes near a Russian face it's like they scream out, hands come up to their face fully expecting blood to come gushing out...

What about Kuznetsov? They both have 4 points on the night, but "Smith" has the hattrick.
P.S. "Smith" is how google translates "кузнец" (the root of Kuznetsov); in this context "smith" means "craftsman".

You guys realize, of course, that these players are learning these moves from Canadians. Fleury did the slide on ice first, and Tiger Williams rode his stick just like the Swedish player just did in the shootout. Some of you (Evan, mostly) are not old enough to remember what the Russians were like before they came over to North America. They were accused of being joyless robots, who never showed any emotion. They would just skate back to the bench and *maybe* get a tap on the helmet from a team-mate.

Don't forget Connolly did the ice hockey version of a moonwalk on the Canadian goal. They were celebrating in front of their own net by the end of his celebration. Look at how they celebrated some goals in the preliminary rounds. Any of us could have played a regular shift for Canada in the first few games and they still would have won.
