Edmont would do that but Toronto would not trade Gardiner as has already been stated.

I think he lets Dorion make the call. Murray and most GM's let their head scout pick as they are not out there seeing these players like the scouts are.

If I could hand pick one player from this draft to put into the Sens lineup, it's Trouba.

I wonder who the Jackets will pick at #15?

Would be quite the sight to see, I like the "swagger" that Trouba has, he seems mean and bring an element of physicality that even Cowen hasn't shown so far. A 1st PP unit with Rielly ont he left point and Karlsson on the right point would be a heck of a lot of fun to watch as well though. I really wish one of those two guys would drop, but I don't even see either going past 9.

Don't hope for any of the guys in that video. That's why they're in the video.

Gaunce was someone I thought the Sens may be seriously looking at... they've got an internal list with their order of preference... when it's their turn... who ever is left on the top of that list gets the call. BPA.

based on the other video, they were talking about somebody's skating being poor, and Tim Murray said "then don't draft him". So I could see that's why they wouldn't want Gaunce.

That's the first name that came to mind for me too.

I always thought Hertl looked like Jagr. Funny they asked him that.

As for Trouba it seemed like the one scout was dumbfounded that he said he will be a Top 2 d-man.

Poor Grigorenko, seems like a good kid. Pretty funny clip on TSN showing him and the other top prospects sight seeing and he is the only one wearing black dress pants and dress shoes, in this freaking heat.

At one point he was looking like a top 3 pick. If he somehow slips and Ottawa still has their pick (who knows, maybe Columbus won't ask for it), then I hope Ottawa goes for him. Huge risk, but having him and Nash as L1 and L2 RW's is pretty tempting.

That's the first name that came to mind for me too.

To be honest, most of the guys shown in the second video (except Hertl) match the descriptions in the first video. Poor skater = Gaunce, Warrior = Girgensons, Guy who is special who team should trade up to get = Grigorenko, Top 4 D = Trouba or Ceci (that one is stretching it I know). I think they might have done this on purpose to not reveal any info.
