Anyone know if any channel is broadcasting the game? Or, barring that, of there's a live feed?

Honestly, I think on our team, he's already a top 4 guy. He already looks better than Kuba. He'll be playing 20 mins a night with Karlsson or Gonchar, pretty much right out of the gate, I'd say.

I agree he's a potential Calder candidate, but it's also super hard to win the Calder as a D, especially if you don't put up major points. It's a shame, tho', because I think when it's all said and done, he probably should be in the mix for the award.

The way MacLean's been using him, I seriously think he goes into Game 1 as a top 4 D-man on this team. Great stuff, the kid's hockey sense is through the roof.

Those of us who don't have Rogers can find it online somewhere. NESN is broadcasting the game too.

This forward lineup looks pretty much perfect.

"Perfect" is yet to be seen/proven.

It'll be interesting to see how that works. Filatov and Greening are the two speedsters on that line so they can pass it to each other forehand to forehand. Once they get inside the zone they can cross-over if they want to tee-off some one timers. Intriguing -- not something I'd have thought of but it'll be interesting to see how it works out.

The AMZing ZAM! line is kept intact -- is that their second game together?

I like Butler on the third line with two guys who like to throw their weight around. Should be playing against weaker opposition, too.

I believe those channels are premium sports channels, possibly CI.

I was listening to the pre-game for the last game on the team and noted they said this one was 'radio only'. Don't know if that's since changed, but I assumed no TV (or at least no free TV).

Possible they're showing those centre ice feeds free again?

Those are def CI channels, but they showed a pre-season game (last week) there, for free (the SD channel, anyway). Here's to hoping they do it again!

FWIW I tried to go to remotely record this with rogers on the channels mentioned, and it doesn't show hockey on those channels.

EDIT: it did allow me to set it up to record at that time, though, which I didn't think was possible unless you subscribed to the channel.

On the other hand, I may just be recording three hours of a screen that says 'you do not subscribe to this channel'.

How do you access the recording your PVR online service?

Log into 'my rogers', go to the 'overview' tab, click the (small) link to 'remote TV manager' (on the right side of the screen in a list) and wait for the pop up. Pick the channel and click on it, will give you the option to record and let you input the times.

I had to try it a few times before it worked today - technical difficulties, it seems - but this is the first time I've encountered that since I found it last week.

Nothing stops you from recording a channel to which you did not subscribe. Your recording will consist of that one frame "Call 1-888-Rogers1 to order blah-blah-blah".
