Reports are coming in that is has decertified. This is big.

It actually makes me think about what could happen when the CBA for the nhl expires...if NFLPA is successful, what's to stop the other player unions from disbanding and suing? Interesting months to come.

The amount of money lost to both the players and owners after a season-long lockout would absolutely DWARF any potential gains either side would eventually see.

A missed season would be a killer across the board... I bet we see a deal in place before the summer...

That'd be my bet too. I don't think either side is stupid enough to lose the whole year.
