Definitely possible. Brind'Amour style.

I don't want him to retire, but it's got to be tough to get motivated when you are 38 and see what is going on.CockRoche wrote:Oglethorpe wrote:I have to be honest, some of his comments this year have left me wondering if he is "on the same page" as Clouston. Crazy talk. Wait and see who stays and goes when all the dust from this season settles before you speak of retirement from Alfie.
Not sure if you saw a post from me awhile ago based on rumblings in the dressing room. Almost everybody is frustrated with Clouston.

When is he due back does anyone know? The first game he missed was on the 9th, and they said a couple of weeks originally. That should mean he's due back soon. Personally, I don't want him rushing back. If he's better served by shutting it down for the year, I'm cool with that.

Was there ever a timetable given? Is there ever with Alfredsson? He will be back when he says he's ready.
Alfie doesn't like timelines.
Which could be next year, and I'd be totally fine with that.tim1_2 wrote:Yeah, it was two weeks. He has no reason to rush back this time, so maybe he'll actually wait until he's 100%.

Murray has built up quite an arsenal, hasn't he?
Assuming Kuba plays like he can the rest of the way, what could we get for him at the draft?
Could we package, say, our 2nd and 3rd to get a mid-1st? Maybe a better question would be: should we?
