What!? Come on Big Ev, Carkner is much, much, much more than a fighter. I haven't checked his average TOI this year, but I bet it's up in the 17, 18 minute a game area. He's been a steady number 5 guy all year long and as an addition, he can also throw them with the best of them.

You also forgot that Carkner is a very reliable penalty killer as well.
