Wanted to comment on this... the "voting system" in place here doesn't require someone to leave a comment on a plus or a minus vote... so if someone is doing that, that's their prerogative and they are abiding by the framework in place. Any system like this is prone to some sort of abuse, so it is what it is and over time it will evolve as will the users on the site.
