Does Boots get time off for good behaviour?

My understanding from the verdict is that Boots is a CURRENT Preds owner. Former Preds owner Del Biaggio gets 8 years in prison 668437

He apparently has to sell his stake in the Preds and distribute the proceeds to the victims.
