If you are Hitch, what do you do? Put Brassard and his 47 career games on the top line and hope for no sophomore slump? Or Vermette and his 60+% face off winning percentage? Even as the #2 he should be able to top his career high of 53 points, and with any significant time centering Nash, look out.

That was one of the remarkable things about Brassard last year though, he was playing on the second line, and usually on the 2nd PP (albeit got promoted at the end) and still managed the 25pts in 30gp. They have a solid and underrated selection of top 6 forwards.

Thanks, that might make it easier for my next pick. I was wondering about taking a D-man but could not decide on McCabe or another one. Unless the other one is gone. Man, I can't even remember who I was looking at.
