Where are all the people that said we'd sweep or win in 5? The good news is we still haven't played our best hockey. Again, I feel for Zibby. Guy has no one to work with on that second line.

This game is not on Hammond. He looked really awkward on the Pacioretty goal but hey, he always looks awkward. Gryba wiffed and that's the game. Welcome to the playoffs.

Oh, one thing that deserves mentioning- Ceci had a great bounce back game. Both he and Karlsson showed why they're the two best defensemen in Ottawa tonight.

Boro is a beast.

And Gryba is terrible.

Actually I don't believe Hammond can do it in the playoffs.tge more we will play the habs the more they will figure him out. Doesn't help that we have a team playing like they're out of gas.
Better find something to carburate in when we get to Ottawa or this series could be finished soon.
The habs aren't being that spectacular themselves. Apart from price.

Wouldn't blame Hammond for the loss but he isn't stealing anything for us either.

Am I the only one who saw Bryan Murray turn to Dorion and say "Andrew Hammond" on the OT goal?

I felt that Hammond was the reason we even got to OT.

Lol, that's what I saw too.

Basically, we've shot ourselves in the foot these two games with sub-par defensive plays (Ceci game 1, Gryba game 2), and Hammond hasn't been quite as good as we need....close but no cigar. Either game so far could've gone either way.

Bobby was terrible again. Imagine if he was healthy/playing well and we still had a healthy Stone.

We might see Anderson next game.
