Slight understatement.

I read on Twitter somewhere (Garrioch?) that the expectation is that the Sens would not play until Thursday if they played Montreal.

3 days off for this team is a pretty big deal. Take the day off tomorrow, rest up a little, and get ready for MTL on Tues and Wed.

The Habs can be beat.

Mendes: The Sens were told they would not start before Wednesday because of this extra game tonight. So I suspect Sens-Habs starts Thursday.

Statement game. For the second round Smile

We still have huge trouble with turnovers but we certainly were not intimidated and battled them all the way. Daugavins seemed to be giving use some fits, though, more so than Lucic.

That was some playoff reffing in the third. Kelly had Smith's stick tucked under his arm for a nice little stretch and Smith couldn't get to the puck. He should have tugged once, let go and gone after the puck soccer style -- maybe then the ref would have called it. And I'm sure there were some not called the other way, too.

Chara complaining about being hooked was weak. He had a turdible game. Looks worn out mentally. I think the Leafs have a huge chance here.

Reported on Twitter that Boston-Toronto goes Wednesday. That means Montreal/Ottawa Thursday as they will not overlap nights.

Markov, Subban, Diaz, Emelin, Plekanec, Gionta -- those are 6 of the top 7 TOI/G for the Habs. Oh, and Price averages around 60 minutes, too. Taking a look at the top scorers, add in Eller, Gallagher, Galchenyuk, Prust. Yeah, I know I'm skipping a few, but the point is it's "a few".

Oh, and the way the Bruins have been playing lately, I'm not sure who is going to be doing the raping.
