Just got the TSN text alert. Markov will have to undergo meniscus and ACL surgery. Will miss remainder of the season.

I guess he couldn't get anyone to sign his all-clear then. Sucks for his payday at the end of the year, but I think Montreal will be fine. Subban has done a great job with the "make everyone forget that Markov exists" role.

I thought that was just for the game against NJD? Is it an on-going banishment?

I think he's back.

Will be interesting to see what Markov does in the off season as a UFA.

If Subban has a break-out season... Habs may not even give him a sniff.
