Penalty for Foligno. I like the 71 and 19 tandem though. Maybe they should try Michalek - Spezza - Foligno with Kovalev, Alfredsson and Fisher on the other top-6 line.

Tonight maybe, but Kovey is back tomorrow Fisher is questionable for tomorrow and possible for Saturday, Volchenkov comes back Saturday..at that point depending on Neils injury it will be really only Leclair out as far as major players are concerned.

Bass will get the call up.

Devils' propects always go under the radar and yet they always look awesome at the NHL level.
Replaced Gionta with Bergfors and Henrique will probably replace someone else in a few years as easily.

Ottawa outshooting NJ 8-6. I think the Sens start to wake up towards the end

The reason they go unnoticed is due to the fact that the Devils traditionally don't play their young players until they have a couple of seasons of experience at the AHL level. Very very rarely do they put in kids who haven't spent some time at the minor league level.

Josefson is another beauty. Wouldn't surprise me at all if that kids becomes as good as Parise.

Checked the guide: TSN has the Leafs and then the Phoenix/Calgary game. TSN2 has the Ottawa game, then they replay the Tporonto game, and then the Calgary game. Why replay a Western game starting a half hour before it's scheduled to end, and why pick the Sens game as the only one not being replayed?

I'm not sure I'd go that far (and I'm not sure they're all that similar) since Parise is the American Crosby, just without most of the hype. The Devils definitely have a strong presence in Sweden though, given their past two first round picks in Josefson and Tedenby.

Chico's like the biggest Brodeur homer of all time, though.

I can't say I watch him a lot, but from what I hear from SEL dudes, he's gonna be something special.

I've seen him play a bit for Djugarden (unfortunately, he was injured for a lot of the WJCs), and I caught him close up at the Sweden - Carleton game (where actually Marcus Johansson outshone him).

He's got a smart, responsible two-way game, and he's a very good skater, and somewhat physical. He's more in the Zetterberg mold (we say that about pretty much every two-way Swedish forward) than Parise, but I don't know how his offensive game is going to turn out. He's probably going to be a good to really second-line centre.
