For sure this one has legs. I had heard it a couple of times, now there seems to be a decent source saying it's happening. From what I gather, this guy doesn't peddle rumours, but this one is apparently happening:
It's very rare that I deal with rumors of transactions on this site, but my source has never failed so far, so I venture. In the worst case, I will lose a few minutes to analyze this rumor, which is full of good sense.
Jean-Sébastien Giguère, the Anaheim Ducks should be traded to the Toronto Maple Leafs when the season is finished. The deal is already closer it seems. However, I do not know which player the Leafs will play in sunny California. Probably salvage a choice if you want my opinion.
Giguère has a contract guaranteeing him a salary of 6 million next season and say that the GM of the Ducks does not have much leeway

I guess it would be Toskala going to Anaheim. Which shaves a couple of million off their books and allows for a Dany Heatley trade?
