They were married...then divorced, and she was dating Lex Luger when she OD'd. Luger is now partially paralyzed after suffering a spinal stroke aka a nerve impingement in his neck.

Another odd fact: The Macho Man released a hip-hop album in 2003 (cause when I think hip-hop, I think Randy Savage) titled Be A Man. No, I'm not kidding.
